We know from experience that training in the art of Taekwondo helps students in their personal and professional life with an increase in good health. As a result, Sejong Taekwondo training includes skills valuable in daily like such as cooperation, respect, self-control, focus and confidence. The positive character traits that members of Sejong Taekwondo develop will help them at school, work, home, sports and on the playing field of life.
